APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Prior to your locking session:

These instructions are very important leading up to your upcoming locking session on _________ (date of appointment). Please call 48 hours in advance to confirm this appointment.

  1. Come to your appointment with your hair clean.
  2. Please do not blow dry or straighten your hair in any way.
  3. Do not add any conditioners, oils or moisturizers.

Please do not plan any other activities the day  of your appointment. It is impossible to predict how long your locking session will take. There are times when a session will be scheduled over 2 days.

 

After your locking session:

Here are some tips to help make your Back To Naturel experience go as smoothly as possible:

  1. Follow the shampooing instructions in your Starter Kit. Most importantly, be sure to BUNDLE: Braid sections of your hair together, tuck the ends, and secure with a rubber band PRIOR to shampooing. Rinsing is very important.
  2. SEPARATE your locks from the root after your shampoo. This is important to keep locks from joining together. Dry hair thoroughly before going to bed; this prevents mildew and color from forming in your locks from being saturated for extended lengths of time
  3. AVOID OIL-BASED PRODUCTS. For at least the first 6 months after getting your locks you are in the “settling in” phase. Softening agents found in moisturizers and conditioners can cause your hair to resist the locking process and cause build up especially if they are not water-soluble.
  4. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
    1. It is important to maintain regular maintenance. Re-tightening typically ranges between 3-5 hours at a rate of $____/hr. CASH ONLY PLEASE
    2. Please come to your re-tightening appointments with your hair clean. Please shampoo the day of but no longer than the day before your appointment. For health reasons please have your hair clean. If you can’t shampoo before your appointment you will reschedule.
    3. IF YOU ARE SICK, AT ANY STAGE, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. IF YOU COME IN EXHIBITING SIGNS OF ILLNESS I WILL BE FORCED TO RESCHEDULE YOU AT THAT TIME.
    4. Your next appointment should always be scheduled before you leave to ensure that you will be on schedule.
    5. Your re-tightening appointment is an excellent time to purchase Back To Naturel products, or you may order them on an official website { WEBSITE HERE} or by calling the Order Message Line at 713-5711100.

    7. Please call to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance.

I acknowledge that the service is final after the application. Any changes to style in style I want to achieve after application will be charged accordingly and additionally.

I acknowledge that hair extensions are very sensitive and different from intact human hair. I have been informed of the daily maintenance procedure. I will follow the daily maintenance procedure to keep my extensions in the best condition possible.

I acknowledge that I have inspected and approved the hair extensions that are to be installed in my hair.

In the event that I decide not to keep the hair extensions. I am fully responsible for the total payment of services rendered. I also understand the explanations of the entire procedure, and I am aware that with proper care on my part, they should remain in my hair for at least ___ days. I understand that if an allergic reaction occurs I will not hold my technician or salon at fault. The charge for the removal of hair extensions is not included in the original fee.
